The business model is a new concept already. It began to be studied in the early 1990s, is widely mentioned but little analyzed (Teece, 2010). A business model describes how business creates value in the market (Chesbrough, 2010). But today businesses and society as a whole are required to implement sustainability, which has at its core the creation of values not only economic but also social and environmental. It is with this in mind that this paper attempts to analyze the concept of sustainability in a business model applicable to Albanian farms. Why in agriculture? Because agriculture is a strategic sector for our country, it contributes 18.39% to GDP with an annual growth of 0.63% (INSTAT, 2019). In 2019 the real annual growth is the lowest in the last 6 years. This shows that agriculture is not functioning at the maximum capacity that our country has. Furthermore, Albania has joined other countries in its commitment to SGDs (Sustainable Development Goals) and given that sustainability in agriculture plays a significant role in most of the 17 Objectives, it is important to talk about models of stable to be applied on Albanian farms. Therefore, the paper should be considered by researchers (for further study), farmers (for application) and policy makers (so that policies have the right direction to have the greatest impact on the future of the community and the community. ). This paper presents the Canvas triple model adapted for farm use.
