Abstract
In this article was intended to note the relationship that exists between farmers, farm and agriculture as a sector of the economy and to express interdependencies between them, in favor of a more adequate fulfillment of the objectives of the agriculture. The literature offers many notions on the farm which should be defined more clearly as a production unit, social consumption and agricultural production. It is part of a larger economic system, partly engaged in markets that tend to operate with a higher degree of perfection.
Targets that rural farms need to realize, as part of the whole (agriculture), does not match her economic picture, the farmer carries a range of problems from the gender, age, and education level, which become an obstacle to the normal the farm. In these conditions, farms reflect a host of obstacles to agricultural development of the country, which are identified by comparing with the AFSS and objectives of the EU countries where we want to integrate. Their distinctive feature is currently multi activity, achieved at different levels in favor of increasing rural household income.
In reflection of the inherent features of the farmer and peasant farms, currently are identified several definitions for our agriculture as: rural gardens and wrinkled, which is a very significant indicator of the degree of reflection for both reach and what to do in perspective.
